Using Newsletters to Gain and Retain Customers
By Melissa Shea
Are you communicating with your clients and contacts? If you’re not, you’re losing money. It’s that simple. The easist way to grow your bottom line is to sell more of your services to your current and past clients.
Think about this:
1. Who already knows you? Past Clients
2. Who trusts you to deliver a good product? Past Clients
3. Who is already singing your praises? Past Clients
So, who would be the easiest prospect to sell more of your products or services? Past Clients! The best way to contact your past clients and introduce them to your new or expanded services is by starting a regulare-newsletter. You already have their email address, you already know all about their business, and you already know what they need. So – tell them what you can offer to help them be successful in the coming year.
